NF SOOC No 30

I have really enjoyed this month, thank you @vignouse. I was a tad stymied for today's shot but in the store I spied a favorite veggie- beets, so I had to try to do something with them.

@quietpurplehaze I often eat them raw, grated with poppy seed salad dressing. I do love them roasted with a bit of dill dressing too.
