Behind again with my weekly Capture 52 challenges. This is for week 15- tell a story. I m not truly sure if my story comes across visually so I will explain. My grandmother (in background) was a teacher in rural Michigan. I inherited a small brass apple which I believe was a teacher gift from one of her students in the 1960's, though not truly sure about that. I opened it up recently and found several old postage stamps. The most interesting to me was the airmail stamp with a value of 5 cents. I don't believe it was ever used as it appears to have been used. There is no cancellation mark.
