Not yet

I told myself back in March that I would honor the waves of feelings that I have during these unprecedented times. Been just a tad down today but haven't thrown in the towel wipes yet.
There is an underpass near my house that goes under the interstate highway. This is a battleground of sorts between the graffiti tagers/artists and the city. Art goes up and then is painted over, often. I hope that the artist who made this statement (I added the words in white) is on the upswing now.
