Vinaigrette

For yellow no 2 of rainbow month and the mundane oil challenge ( https://365project.org/discuss/themes-competitions/44712/make-oil-lessmundane ). A simple oil vinaigrette dressing is a staple for me. I often use it to marinate or saute chicken or beef in as well as simply just a plain old salad dressing.

Completely amazed and so very thankful for your most kind and supportive comments. I use this basic vinaigrette so much that I started to make it in a large mason jar and that is when I started noticing the 'mix' of oil and vinegar. I had to figure out how to capture this. My cell phone filled the bill. I think that the teal or green spots are due to my stretching of the image, not really sure.
