Walking etiquette has changed since the beginning of the pandemic. One gives more distance than before, I feel or at least I do. Riley and I were about to turn the corner when this gentleman started to cross so, we just held back a bit. I also got the opportunity to snag a shot in the fog too.
Used to be, if someone crossed the street when they saw you coming, you’d think it was a slight, now you are as likely to take it as a considerate concern for your health.
A lovely weather capture! People around here don't know what personal space is - let alone the six to ten feet they should stay away. In a hurry - they invade your personal space in checkout lines all the time.
I like the combination of fog and fall color. I think you are right that we give people a wider berth, especially if we left our masks at home because we were going to be outside.
Thank you a great deal. I love the pace of life here. I am not a big city person anymore and that is just fine with me. Fog is something that I missed so very much when I lived in Arizona.

Very atmospheric. Yes we do keep our distance from people these days don't we, wisely so.
