My final course to photograph was: Women of Wisdom, Yoga for Menopause". Being the 'fly on the wall' so to speak for these shoots, you can't ask for specific poses and lighting, you deal with what you get. I suppose that also applies to menopause. Deal, just deal, girl. The restorative poses and discussion as to why they benefit one during this phase of a women's life was invaluable.
@jernst1779 Thank you, the opportunity to be part of the media team for the festival was fun and good for me as I don't really take to many people shots.
@s4sayer I am jealous of the way they could bend and flex but then I'm not a yogi by any means.
@stephanies Taking these types of shots is new for me. I didn't want to be a bother to the participants or instructor. It was fun after I got into the flow.
