This is my first attempt at Free Lensing. I am using my Sony A6000 and a old, very old 50mm 1.4 Rokkor-X lens that was given to me with a Minolta SR T200. I am planning on using this camera soon.
This is for the Dogwood Challenge- "Wildcard Photographers Choice - Capture an image on your terms; who,what,where,when,shy,how...it's all you to you. Caveat: You must tell us your intent." I am hoping to try several different lenses with this technique this week for the challenge.
Also, I am off on a mini vacay back in a couple of days

I like this technique but had a tough time focusing at first, either I move the lens or the camera and had to try again.
@mbrutus Thank you so much, @golftragic Playing with a lens not attached to my camera was fun-a bit frustrating but mostly fun. @ehamil1013 I was really rather amazed at the clarity too, the softness is a real bonus too. @thistle Very appreciate of the fav, thank you kindly.. @deborah63 I hope to see your shots doing this, it is just fun to get an image but the softness is very much like a lensbaby.
