I just changed the color in my iphoto then erased some things I didn't want on Photoshop Elements then I was playing with the effects in my new PS Cloud. It's under filters called "liquid" I think that effect is also in Elements) It was all just experimentation which I love to
do. This is actually a metal sculpture in a park over on Coronado Island if you are familiar with that area. Thank you again for your nice comments!
