I was just going to have a quick look and come back later, but you're killing me!!! Your title is too wonderful and I love this picture! (Is that a rhino on the hillside...had eye surgery recently you know!) My story is about the summer I was 8 and a farmer friend of my grandmothers said I could keep a chicken if I could catch it. That's all I needed to hear! "Sunshine" lived with us in my grandmothers hen house that summer. (She probably was returned to her farm when I returned to school in the fall!) Ed and Shirley (here, and entranced) gave my story high praise for the warmth of feeling I have for their kin...
