Silver Lake

My husband and I took a day trip to this beautiful place yesterday. This is part of the Kit Carson lodge about 40 minutes from our town. The only thing I didn't like was the "ghosting" in the sky. Does anyone have an easy way to get rid of it on photoshop, Elements, or On1 10?
