Amphibias Aquatic Pond Cleaner

I've never seen this done before. They are clearing all the reeds out of the pond at the college. I think it's for mosquito control.

How amazing, never seen one neither. We certainly could use one here as we have 6 dams and the reeds take over at some stage. Our estate gardeners try to clear them out in summer when the water level is very low.
