August 2016-4

This year, for the first time, I sowed Rudbeckia hirta "Cappucino". The stunning flowers are about 10cm in diameter and are all slightly different burnt orange colours.
They have had no attention since planting out, and although they are only annuals, they are well worth the little trouble it has been to grow them.
Fav for me - love these burnt orange rudbeckia - lovely shot.

Very pretty. My kind of flower - thrive on wholesale neglect! Lovely colour, did you edit and adjust it at all?

Thanks. I did sow them into pots in the greenhouse in March and then planted out in May. Otherwise they've had no extra attention at all.
All I did to the image was crop at the bottom.
