Seville Orange Marmalade Season

It's a bit of a faff to make, but nothing you can buy tastes as good as home-made. And the smell of the boiling marmalade is wonderful too.

Be quick, Seville oranges aren't in the shops for long. You can use a mixture of other citrus though.

@summerfield it's better than shop bought too!! But only made 5 jars, cheaper from shops!!!
