Diego pays close attention as Nonnie attends to his baby doll and his older brother watches enthusiastically. It’s been a real blessing having my parents back in New England after their two-year stint in Texas. The bond they share with the boys is incredibly beautiful to watch, and this quiet moment on the couch isn’t the best photo, but it does capture that bond and thus is a worthwhile post for me. I have never been someone that holds family in super high regard, but when I see this, I realize there really is little else as important as being with the ones you love - the ones who love you.
