Aconites

The aconites look so colourful as a yellow carpet in the garden, however, this is Flash of Red Feb so here they are in B & W. I have to admit I had never notes the striking veins on the leaves before taking them in B & W!
Oh yes! this has just popped up and I thought instant fav!! I am beginning to see some value to this b&w myself! Lovely Judith

B/W really works with these, the yellow always overpowers everything else

And the veining on the sepals is the negative of that on the petals. It's lovely to be able to see that detail which would be missed in colour
