In a more energetic moment this week I bought marmalade oranges. Hoping I will be awake long enough to make it tomorrow - I'm thinking I should suck one but I think they taste terrible raw!
Hope you use that peel for the marmalade - thick and juicy and full of Vitamin C but of course that disappears when it is boiled. Better to take your Vit C for your current condition from kiwifruit or tree tomatoes!
Like the way the one orange appears sun-kissed! I stuff the cavity of a chicken with orange and lemon sections, baste with a little olive oil, juice of an orange and some spices and bake... we love it!
