Diary shot today which would have involved either yoga, work, watering the garden (which I thought might have managed without today until everything wilted), giving my Thai neighbour some flowers and discovering that it is Buddha day and she was delighted...or giving blood. I took Adam for his first donation but having been told to take him without an appointment they didn't have time to fit him in. Anyway he has signed up so that's good and he spotted his friend on the National Blood Week poster while I was having the obligatory cup of tea and Mint Club biscuit so I took a photo of that for today.
