We had visitors today and 'did the colleges' for the first time in ages. I suspect one or two other photos from today may appear during the week but I've started with this one from Trinity College Chapel. The entrance of the chapel is essentially a memorial to past members of Trinity and, with several statues in marble, the whole area is predominently monochrome. This is the great Isaac Newton in front of the Second World War memorial. There is an even longer list of men lost in the First World War and it made me wonder what greatness could have been achieved by those young students if they'd only had longer.
