I haven't deliberately been favouring the cats over Monty the dog (though he is bottom of the pack) but he is just such a pain to photograph (and in fact 'features' in many of my photos but not in a good way - in an 'I'll bark till you put that away and pull on the lead just when you're taking the shot' kind of a way). But I do head out on all sorts of different walks because of him so he's also responsible for me seeing lots of new places. Given a choice though he would go to the park everyday and he would chase his yellow hoops for hours and hours. I've tried for ages to get a photo of him carrying them both home (self taught) but as soon as I take the camera out of my pocket he puts them down. I took this by letting him go ahead and then leaning over the top of him and shooting blind - and now I have no idea how he sees where he's going!
Oh this is love! Thank you for your comment. Our Claudia was a beautiful 14 1/2 year old golden retriever! I can see that you share my love of animals!
@parisouailleurs@ellida@poochpottery@joannemed@helenmoss@islawight Thanks for your comments and glad he made you smile. We have fun walking through the town like this though I often forget and wonder why everybody is laughing at us! He sees by putting his chin down and peering over the top - must be uncomfortable but he only puts them down at crossings and picks them up again when he hears the beeps.
So fun!
charmingly!!!!!
