Thanks for all your lovely comments on my egg shots - those particular ones have met a fitting end! Another indoor shot today I'm afraid. Rather a lazy day apart from cooking the lunch and walking the dog. I do like Easter - so much less commercialised than Christmas and all of my decorations fit into a terracotta pot on the utility room shelf....
I just love flowering current bushes & these look lovely with your baubles hanging & the little chicks in the back ground . I notice you say you have this arrangement in your utility room, is that for a reason or is it because although very pretty I think these flowers smell of cat pee...or is that just me ?
@happypat No these were on the dining table (I just store my decorations in the utility room) but I did bring the branches in just before lunch in case there were complaints about the smell - luckily it was drowned out by the smell of lamb!! I can't go anywhere near the utility with a camera - it's a disgrace!
It sounds a bit like my Knee the one I am waiting to get replaced & it is always worst at night. I think I might have overdone the coastal path walk last week .
@judithg you rhubarb is ahead of ours then...only ruffled leaves today, no stalks yet. love your baubles, at first I thought they were reflections of the blossoms. And I got ONE malted milk egg today - I am happy.
Just catching up a bit with friends...........this is lovely. The flowering currant is looking good this year, despite its funny smell! Love the delicate glass eggs and gorgeous vase. Very effective Judith....hope you had a good Easter. A fave.
Happy Easter to you, too!
Enjoy the well earned still moments.
