A filler from the garden earlier in the week. It snowed steadily today and Monty just had a short local walk (having retreated to the back of his crate and growled when I showed him the lead!!) I know I should have got out and made the most of it but I am finally starting to throw off the cold which I exacerbated in the snow during the week, and which I am now bored of, and I didn't want to reverse it! I may brave uploading a selfie I took on the walk if I can process myself not to look so old!
Three good things:
1. Roast lamb well underway
2. 'Call the Midwife' on tonight - finally something worth watching
3. The snow has stopped early so I should be able to get Adam to school in the morning.
Isn't our world a stunning place, this is so beautiful. I haven't ventured out today but we have no snow to tempt me. Love the sound of roast lamb, my fave! I missed Chemmie getting married over the Christmas special....Harry wouldn't let me leave the recorder on, meanie!
Oh crumbs had no idea it was on....have been watching Ken follett.wretched tv, nothing to watch and then too much, just like London Buses!! Love your sparklers and glad you are feeling better..not a good winter bug wise............
This is very pretty and wonderfully dramatic against the black! we had roast lamb for lunch too!! hope you get rid of your cold soon....try mixing honey and cinnamon....
@happypat Oh I know and it's beautifully filmed too x- I spend my whole time imagining still photos. The Christmas one had some lovely sets. Shame the author has died - it would make anyone proud.
monty is very wisw .. he is showing you the sensible thing to do! glad you are slowly recovering.
