The Dept of Criminology has acquired ducklings since @jannaellen and I visited the gnome. I was too shy to go and turn the ducklings the right way round so you have bottoms. Contemplated 'rescuing' one and taking it to @lucypics for safe keeping :0)
3GT
1. A well-earned afternoon off for Adam
2. They don't ask questions about clock-reading in GCSE maths or Adam would have failed - luckily he was an hour out in the right direction and ended up with a hour to check the answers!
3. Kids who know sign language.
@busylady I only wish my creativity ran to such things - I'm struggling to get the camera out at the moment! I'm planning a local 365 coffee gathering with Laura so I'll let you both know when we have some times and dates to chose from. @tishpics
Love that addition - wish they had it when I was still there - endless photo ops ;). You chose a lovely composition! Tell Adam I'm wearing a digital watch because I can't read the watch either ;)).
I love it -- the smaller ducks are shy of cameras so they've turned their backs. I don't recommend rescuing something that belongs to the Dept of Criminology.
judith ..we all know about 'ducks' in nottingham....people call each other duck !!!....a gr8 composition with lovely bokeh and almost abstract patterns in the foreground.
If you wanted to go really artistic / minimalistic / abstract you could crop a couple of inches off the top of the image so the ducks bodies disappear ...leaving just the reflections in the frame with the fab foreground....Just my opinion :)
sweet! makes me smile
also reminds me of a hotel I stayed at in Winchester years ago which had a lovely big bathtub and they provided a family of rubber ducks for guests to use in the bath - and I did!
