I've had such an irritating, annoying hour that I can't even write any blurb. I do like the green fly though - I'll try head on next time but it wouldn't have let me get close enough to focus.
I've had a pretty irritating day too - not least receiving a phonecall from my son to say that the keys I posted back to him that he'd left at my house weren't his! And after I'd queued for 20 mins in the PO and paid £4.20 to send them recorded delivery. Anyway, this is a super sharp close-up of the fly!
Wow, what an amazing shot - love all the different colours. At least that's one good thing! I seem to drop a lot lately as well - I blame it on the pregnancy. Hope your hand is better now. What do you need to watch your weight for? I still remember you quite slim.
