The water ripples are an effect - I wish we had lovely clear water in the garden like this but we don't! We do have the Japanese anemones though and I took the photo when I went out to stalk a butterfly (which promptly fluttered by) and ended up rummaging around in the border for Monty's ball. There are stacks of massive cobwebs every where (one at the front of the house that stretches from telephone able to car) and I had to extract web and spider from my face which made me pause and look at the light coming through the flowers.
