The Master's Door at Christ's College appeared in February but I thought after my trip to 'Hellister' on Thursday that I would go in and take a close up. Unfortunately the college was closed but I quite enjoyed leaning up against the big wooden gate being all paparazzi with my zoom lens! A fav! I love this. The door, the colorful carvings over it, the window...the flowers, wisteria.....is that a bootscraper on the ground near the door? This makes me want to go in and see the lives inside. Lovely.
@espyetta Thanks so much MaryBeth - I really like the door bell and if I ever get close enough I might be tempted to pull it! I've put up a link to the other winter version - pretty then but much nicer with greenery.
@judithg I'll have to check out the other one. Be careful if you ring it! They just might answer! :0) and I really want a zoom lens because I am always wanting to take a photo of something that is NOT on my property or public property! Ha!
