And just the one! by judithg

And just the one!

OK - so I think one person is better - Nigel's just told me off for editing the shot but it took me ages so I'm posting! And I took my life (well my camera's life) in my hands to get it - there were loads of bikes!
I think it's brilliant! Makes me think "She's ... well spoken." Groan... ;)

@grizzlysghost Aarghhh!!

What an awesome shot!
October 10th, 2012
I love this shot very much
October 10th, 2012
Haha! This looks so impossible - getting her in the wheel when the wheel was moving! Very well done!
October 10th, 2012
This is even better than the other one, but wow, it seems to be so much editing to do it clean!
October 10th, 2012
@scatcat Not easy and definitely not perfect!
October 10th, 2012
I wonder if she's... spoken for? Please, somebody stop me! ;)

Awww I love it! Makes me nostalgic for Cambridge (I'm miles away in Royston now! Of course I still come up to Cam at the weekends)
October 10th, 2012
@phoenixrising I've been wondering about you!! Take care in Royston - it's wild out there!

@grizzlysghost hahaha
great shot Judith.
October 10th, 2012
Omg! What a frame. Got to fav it
October 10th, 2012
Judith , tell Nigel that 'one person in the wheel' works best !!
October 10th, 2012
Love your point of view! Great composition and I love the warm tones of the stone walls... and I think Aaron has spoken.
October 10th, 2012
Looks like the bike was moving - wow! You're very creative with you bike shots. Fav!
October 10th, 2012
What a cool perspective. You've got such a good eye for composition. Another winner.
October 10th, 2012
Superb... And I can't believe I have faved a bike shot again!!!
October 10th, 2012
You did a stunning job editing! But how did you edit it so it looks like you were laying on the ground when you took this?!? I am envisioning you laying in the gutter with Monty straining at the leash to go for a crumb on the ground, and you snapping away to get this perfect angle!!!
October 10th, 2012
Absolutely brilliant!!!
October 11th, 2012
Awesome shot! Fav!
October 11th, 2012
@busylady Oh he was definitely on the move! And not just him - there were bikes and pedestrians shooting between lectures. The original had feet on as well but in the end I cropped the off to avoid too much clutter. @bpaquette That would be just about spot on Barbara except it was more snap and hope than waiting for the perfect composition!

Great shot Judith. Love the perspective and colours in this shot. Definitely prefer it with only the one person.
October 11th, 2012
Really cool idea! =)
October 11th, 2012
This is so effective!
October 11th, 2012
