It's all rather nice around the canal area - very busy with barges moving up and down as well as with people wandering about and going to the aquarium. It's odd seeing the barges all on the move as our local ones are mostly static.
The canal basin around the city centre is fabulous for shots judith. Kirsty did her PGCE in Birmingham and we had a couple of meals with her in Brindley Place. This is a beautiful shot with some fantastic contre jour light. FAVE FAVE
I see from Phils comment that you are in Birmingham.......lovely view through the arch of the bridge & the silhouette of the people making a perfect b/w picture. Lovely to see new places through our children. Lydia might end up in that city as it's one of her options.
