My husband's birthday cake was decorated with these pure sugar balloons. Get a slice of cake with a balloon on it and it will put you in a diabetic coma straight away. Only the children asked for a slice with the balloons and luckily they found it to be too sweet. But it sure looked good. Happy birthday to my honey.
