A Special Ornament

This Santa ornament was given to me by my second grade teacher, Mrs. Malis. I really liked her, and think of her each year when I hang it up.

Wow--that's so awesome that you've kept it. I'll bet she would be so touched. I had a 3rd grade teacher that was special to me--she was really into the sciences and getting the kids on microscopes, etc. I always thought I would look her up, but it was 30 plus years ago. I have no idea how I'd find her to thank her for being so awesome.

That's the great thing about getting the Christmas ornaments out every year....the memories come flooding back. I have some from my Grandma and they always take me back! :)
