Banana Bread

If Mr. Rogers likes it, then it's gotta be good!

Mister Roger's Favorite Banana Bread

4 over-ripe bananas
1 c sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 c melted butter

Preheat oven to 325. Mash bananas, stir in sugar, egg, flour, baking soda, salt, and butter (in this order). Pour into buttered 8 x 3 x 2 loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour.
Note: I used two small loaf pans and baked for 40 minutes. I also added chopped walnuts. They turned out very good!
Yum, those look really delicious....great shot, now I'm hungry for banana bread! :)
