Dysthymia by juliedduncan

Dysthymia

Depression's persistent, clinging little cousin.
Visual representation of sort of what it feels like day after day after day after day after . . .
Profound image, beautifully captured.

@pistache Thank you, Clare! I do struggle, but have recently been able to put a name to it, which means I can seek out ways to alleviate it. Knowledge is power! I feel like I've had it nearly my entire life, but now there is so much helpful information out there. I know we're not supposed to self-diagnose, but it's pretty clear to me what's going on. I have an appt. with my dr. later this month, so hope to find out more. Thanks for your thoughts! :)
