Silver-washed Fritillary (Argynnis paphia)

Seeing as it was a lovely sunny day I decided to take part in the "Big Butterfly Count" http://www.bigbutterflycount.org/ . I chose to walk in and around Breech Wood in High Ham not far from where I live. There were so many butterflies, and even more dragonflies!
Lovely pic!

Amazing capture. You are so lucky to have all these butterflies, dragonflies and moths flying around. I have not seen many butterflies at all up here this year.
