The wild clematis I pictured here http://365project.org/julienne1/365/2015-08-23 was just starting to fluff out .... now the hedgerows are covered in it, but rather than fluffy old man's beard it's more like a soggy mess! After all this rain I am ready for a few days of dry weather to enjoy the brewing autumn colours. I don't think it's very likely though!
