You have flooded fields already??? But that's why we have flood plains isn't it? 650 homes are going on one of our flood plains where the Battle of Fulford was fought in 1066.

@jesika2 well most of the Sonerset Levels act as storage for excess water so its quite usual. There are all sorts of water management features involving pumping water from one place to another to keep the rivers from bursting their banks ehen theres a lot of rain
