Showing off that lovely long proboscis. Skippers are said to be the fastest butterfly, reaching speeds of up to 37 miles per hour and have some of nature's fastest reflexes.
Sometimes they even sit still - briefly! Always look forward to Skipper time, but hadn't realised they were so very rapid. We learn every day.
