Not exactly beauty queens.....

These are a pair of pigeon chicks (or squabs as they are called) in a nest tucked away in the wisteria just outside our bedroom window. Some might call them ugly but I think they are really sweet!

Great shot. Yeah, some of the baby's sure are not real cute, but they do grow out of it, at least most of them do. :-)
