@dide and I went for a bit of a 'Tiki Tour' this afternoon and we came across this beautiful scene, it was just breath taking and so serine. But just before this we came across something that was a bit disturbing.. and unmanned boat in the river going around in circles with a very sad looking dog in it .. his eye just pleading for help.. Help had been called and soon after the police arrived.. The boat drifted very quickly down stream.. As we were leaving for home we called into the nearby boat ramp .. to see the boat on a trailer and the dog on dry land.. it turned out that the man got knocked overboard when the dog knocked the tiller on .. lucky he ( the man) made to shore and called for help.. all ended well in the end..

Well this photo doesn't tell that story - it just tells peace and beauty. So glad this story ended well. I'm suffering for another story in NZ - this guy has been missing for a week, he had his dog with him that the family said he would never harm, then today the dog has been found but not the man Omarama based.
