Braved the freezing conditions this morning and went for an early morning walk down to the Coast.. always lots of action early with the Horse Trainers out in force.. Decided to do some panning of these horses as they galloped past... The sand was really firm today after big tides so they were able to give them a fast run .. and the thunder of their hooves was heard before I saw them ... Love how the sun is catching the shine of there shoes ..
the horses caught my eye at first and i had originally thought you used a paint edit until i read your narrative - i, too, am intimidated by panning as mine always is a mess. this is so very beautiful. fav.
Both technically and artistically, this is a hugely accomplished image... the moreso that it was shot with a 180mm focal length. Easy Fav and you deserve hundreds more
