The plan was to go to Kariotahi on the West Coast and see the Sunset on 2017.... As New Zealand see's the sunrise the first in the world I guess that means we have the first sunset as well .. We tonights sunset was a nonevent.. but we had a lovely night anyway .. with family and extended family .. Here are Abby and Shay waiting in hope of some colour .. and Shay doing the usual cartwheel... Maybe it will be a stunning sunrise in the morning ..
