Today @dide and I went to check out a venue to hold a Camera Club workshop weekend .. My Sister and her Spinners/weavers & Knitters were in residence so we were able to see them at work as well .. They had a lady there that was teaching them how to knit two socks at a time .. It did seem to be a bit tricky but they were mastering it .. and looking forward to seeing the finished product .. I love the colour of the top right that Glenys had chosen .. the wool that was on display were very pretty .. and in the tip left corner you can see a pair of socks that Lyn had already completed ..
Super collage of knitting items. I watched a woman knitting on the metro the other day, on circular needles. Don't know how she managed to concentrate on her fairly complicated pattern. Better her than me!
@happypat When Di and I arrived we thought it must of been a 'silent' retreat as it was very quiet .. but it was just at the very early learning stage so they were concentrating .. I only can be bothered with very straight forward knitting these days... still doing hats for the other kids at the moment ..
