Top dressing....

Today we had the plane sow the manure on our farm ... We have a shared airstrip on the neighbours farm.. This has been done for about the last 50 years makes the job very easy and 36 tons is sown in just a few hours.. We do it this way as alot of our farm is pretty steep so this way it does not damage the pasture at all..

@joansmor Yes it is an annual event .. usually in the Autumn.. NZ were the pioneers of Aerial topdressing but I would think other countries do it now..
