Cabin Fever has hit today .. Thought I was improving but now today I have got a sinus imfection.. (Blaah) ... So when this afternoon when the sun came out I thought a walk along the beach may do me some good .. Got to the beach and it was looking a bit grey, but set off for a walk anyway .. The beach was pretty quiet just this guy training his trotter, and some young guys of motorbikes... managed to get one shot of the horse before he put him away in the horse truck to head for home... Got a few hundred metres along the beach and it started to rain.. so had to spend some time hiding in the flax bushes ..
Wonderful capture! Sorry to hear you are unwell. I too am suffering with my sinuses at the moment so know how you feel! Just seen the tip from @365projectorgjenfurj about the onion. Never heard that one before!

A wonderful image. Just perfect. I hope you have some good medicine for your sinus infection, they are so painful. My doctor told me that our sinuses do not like cold, to wear a close hat or big warm headband when outside in the winter. Anything to cover the forehead! Hope you are better real soon.
