This morning I was up in time for the sunrise .. So thought I would go down to one of my favourite early morning spots down by the river .. The Fog was getting thicker the lower I got down the hill .. And when I got to the river it was very thick and the sun was not showing any sign .. But wait a little longer and I was not disappointed .. as soon as it started shining through the bird life got very active and this Shag ( cormarant) was not going to miss out from getting into the shot..
A stunning very mild day followed .. a real bonus for Mid Winter..
