Chatham Island .. Splatter Rock..

Another day of adventure on Chatham Island.. a Marae (Maori/Moriori) meeting house... a beautiful lunch at the local community Hall... then to the Wharf and saw some of the team off on a fishing trip.. Then through some farm land to a geological treasure of Splatter Rock which formed after a Vocanoe eruption supposedly millions of years ago.. that's @dide in the orange jacket..

@yaorenliu the plant life is amazing .. some very different plants.. and some similar to mainland NZ.. we had a lady on the tour that is a plant expert and very knowledgeable as was able to speel off all the names.. watch this space some may pop up ..
