Today Farmer George had the plane in to put manure/fertilizer on the farm .. We do this at least once a year usually around Autumn, we do it this way as our farm has some steep sidelings so just not practical to use a truck or tractor..
The whole job is done in a few hours.. which would other wise take several day's. The airstrip is on a neighbours farm so I went up there to get some shots as well. http://365project.org/julzmaioro/around-and-abou/2019-05-22
A great capture. I love this photo and your collage. We have crop dusters on our west Texas farms, I always heard they couldn’t get life insurance, that their job is too dangerous.
Great shot Julz...I remember being quite excited seeing this for the first time & if you remember we were a bit late meeting you at the Nicau cafe as we stopped on the way to let Max see a plane doing this.
