I have had this plant in my garden for a couple of years and last year it had one very scraggy flower but this year there are several.. It is a Marlborough Rock Daisy or Pachystegia Insignis and it is endemic to New Zealand.. Like the dry and salt air.. So it should be very happy at my place.
