Chatham Island For-get-me-not...This is a special plant in my garden .. It is very hard to grow in our region but it has got a spot in my garden and thriving .. even picked up some seeds the other day that hopefully I can grow on .. This shot is just a small part of a large head .. around the size of a dinner plate .. and it has very large shiney leaves ( elephant ear shape) .. I was lucky enough to see them growing and flowering in their natural habitat when I visited Chatham Islands..
