You have to know I absolutely hate cycling. I've never really liked it but a horrible class trip in grade 6 gave me the rest and I've tried to avoid it ever since. Of course that doesn't always work... Today we all had to come to school by bike, my P.E. teacher said because we wanted to have a look at the duathlon route we have to do next year. Who didn't have one had to run. I didn't want to run of course so I borrowed my friend's bike (of course I don't have one anymore that actually fits me :D) and rode it to school today - for the first time ever in 4 years there! I calculated that I drove 21.3 km today... enough sports for this month ^^
But it was really quiet and beautiful at the midland canal where the route is this morning, am planning on coming back there in the fall holidays! This picture though, was taken when I was waiting at the local bakery (which I normally wouldn't have crossed) when waiting for my friend on the way to school. :)
