Can't miss my photo of the day. No time to compose a still life arrangement. Panic panic. Battery was dead earlier and is in recharger. Ok, now what can I photograph before midnight? Aaaaahhhhh -- earlier in the day when I thought I'd have more time to practice I put on the VERY lens I have such difficulty using in an attempt to learn to use my lenses. Ok, start shooting and see what you get. Focus on something to make sure battery is charged and inserted properly and -- oh, my! Turned out ok. SOOC.
PS Took down the original post and uploaded a straightened version. But maybe I should have left the extremely crooked one up to really show how hurriedly I took this photo before the pumpkin hour!
I know what you mean. I've made an one "exception" one day in that I used a photo one night that I loved more than the one I uploaded, so I made it the next day's photo and have not cheated again, but I do like MAKING myself get it done (what do I know, I'm only one month + in). This is lovely.
