I Learned How From You Tube!

Oysters are delicious. But the Langoustine Tartare on the upper left was exceptional. Because everyone at Japanese restaurants in Wroclaw basically seem to have taught each other on the job, I asked, "How did you learn how to make this?" Answer from Sushi Chef Mateusz, "I learned how from You Tube." Oh, the things we can learn from videos on line.

I have been having a GREAT time practicing food photography with a professional photographer. And, we get to eat all the food we photograph!
