Oysters are delicious. But the Langoustine Tartare on the upper left was exceptional. Because everyone at Japanese restaurants in Wroclaw basically seem to have taught each other on the job, I asked, "How did you learn how to make this?" Answer from Sushi Chef Mateusz, "I learned how from You Tube." Oh, the things we can learn from videos on line.
